Raised in Poland, Beata grew up immersed in traditional, from-scratch cooking. She learned to make everything by hand from pasta and breads to sausages and preserves. These early experiences instilled a deep respect for ingredients and a practical understanding of food that continues to guide her work today.
With over 40 years of professional culinary experience, Beata is a chef, artist, and founder of Lovage & Rosemary. She brings a unique blend of artistic intuition and culinary craftsmanship to every dish, creating food with warmth, integrity, and a strong sense of place.
