How far in advance do I need to order office catering?

3pm the working day before is our standard cut-off. Same-day cold buffets are often possible if you call before 10am on 07493 725962.

What is the minimum order for workplace catering?

10 people for cold buffets and breakfast, 15 for hot delivered lunches, 20 for night shift catering and 30 for cooking on your site. Boardroom lunches start at 6 people.

Do you invoice businesses on account?

The first order is paid on delivery or by bank transfer. From the second order we set you up on 30-day account terms. Purchase order numbers and supplier onboarding forms are accepted.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Yes. Every order comes with a full 14-allergen matrix in writing. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal-friendly and low-carb covers are included at no extra cost when requested at the time of booking.

Do you deliver catering to night shifts?

Yes. Hot food is delivered between 6pm and 2am at the same prices as daytime service, minimum 20 people.

Which areas do you deliver office catering to?

Approximately 25 miles from Connah's Quay, Deeside — including Chester, Chester Business Park, Wrexham, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Deeside Industrial Park, Mold, Buckley, Flint, Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Bromborough, Liverpool, Northwich, St Asaph and Rhyl. Delivery is free within 12 miles and on all orders over £250.

What is your food hygiene rating?

We can prepare a selection of cold buffet food and platters to suit the size and style of your event, with the menu agreed with you in advance.
